Culinary Skills 

Our culinary skills training program equips women and youth across India with professional cooking techniques, food safety knowledge, and entrepreneurship training—aligning perfectly with the Government of India’s Skill India Mission and Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY).

By bridging the gap between potential and opportunity, we directly contribute to SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 5 (Gender Equality), and SDG 8 (Decent Work & Economic Growth)

Bridging the Digital Divide

Digital illiteracy

Our Digital Shakti Initiative provides women and youth across India with essential 21st-century skills - from basic computer operations to digital financial literacy and online safety. Aligned with the Government of India's Digital India Mission and Pradhan Mantri Gramin Digital Saksharta Abhiyan (PMGDISHA), our program directly contributes to: SDG 4 (Quality Education): By making technology accessible to all age groups SDG 5 (Gender Equality): Through special women-focused digital empowerment camps SDG 8 (Decent Work): Enabling e-skills for employability in the digital economy

Expand Horizons with English

Spoken English

Our English for Empowerment initiative equips women and youth across India with practical spoken English skills, aligning with the Government of India's Skill India Mission and National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) frameworks. This program directly advances: SDG 4 (Quality Education): Through accessible language learning SDG 5 (Gender Equality): By boosting women's confidence in professional settings SDG 8 (Decent Work): Enhancing employability in retail, hospitality and BPO sectors

Vallari Shrivastava

Director

From performing in street plays to steering large-scale social impact, Vallari Shrivastava has spent over a decade turning challenges into opportunities. As a certified CSR professional, she has transformed education systems—training educators (GCERT) and designing leadership programs for Gandhi Fellows.
Her work at Essar Foundation, where she empowered women to start businesses, reflects her belief in sustainable change.
A poet and community builder, she once baked to fund women entrepreneurs—proving that creativity fuels progress. Today, as an NGO director, she blends strategy with storytelling to build a future where every voice is heard.
